Thousands of others use our services in our branch offices all over the country. As a socially responsible company, we have been delivering on our quality service with utmost efficiency and fairness for the last decade and so on. Our slogan of “Leading the way in diagnostics” demands us to have a constant focus on improved results and on setting high standards to better our service.
National Reference Laboratory has shown a new beginning for pathology services in Nepal, offering a wide-ranging menu of the most advanced tests available anywhere in the world. We have been a leader in the field of diagnostics by bringing in new technologies to provide speed and accuracy in the process of bringing out a report. nrl as a stand-alone laboratory was the first of its kind in existence when operations began in 2005.
We were the pioneers in using the vacutainer blood collection procedure in Nepal. This system of blood collection provides more accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The system is still not majorly common in all parts of the country whereas we have been using it from the very beginning. Similarly, we started giving same day reports on then called special tests where the results were given in a week or more.
We kept on taking a leap ahead with the growth and advancement of the health industry in Nepal. nrl has been relentlessly working to improve health education in the country.  We are actively engaged in creating and distributing accurate and relevant information about laboratory issues to health and non-health partners, and request feedback on a regular basis.
We are first-rate amongst the carefully chosen laboratory for the users because of our emphasis on patient care, quality results, client service, and the value provided by our skilled workforce. At nrl, we recognize that our results and interpretations can be pivotal in a patient’s life.
